Trouble Logging In to Your Account?
The most common issue people face is incorrect usernames or passwords. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a reset, which will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You can update your email address in your settings if it changes. Note: Both your username and password are case-sensitive, so make sure you use the correct capitalization.
If you still can't log in after resetting your password, the issue is likely with your username. Double-check that you’re using the correct username for this site (it may differ from your payment gateway username). If you can’t remember your correct username, please reach out to support using your registered email address, and we’ll send the details we have to that email.
How to Cancel Your Membership
There are different types of memberships and cancellation options. Please see the details below:
Single Monthly Premium Membership (Reverting to Free Member)
If you have a one-time monthly premium membership and wish to switch back to a free membership, this will happen automatically when your 30-day membership expires. After that, you’ll no longer be charged the monthly membership fee. You’ll still have access to any VIP or Custom Content you’ve paid for, be able to order pay-per-view content with tokens, and use the model tip feature. However, you’ll lose access to Subscriber Membership Content and won’t be able to vote in the set or video of the month competition. You can still log in to other network sites and use your tokens for content.
Recurring Monthly Membership (Cancelling to Free Member)
If you have a recurring monthly membership, you’ll need to cancel it through your payment provider. Log in to your payment provider’s account, request the cancellation of the recurring payment, and provide the website details. It’s easier if you still have your original purchase confirmation reference number. After canceling, your account will revert to free status at the end of your current 30-day membership. You’ll retain access to any paid VIP or Custom Content, be able to order pay-per-view content with tokens, and use the model tip feature. However, you’ll no longer be charged the monthly membership fee and will lose access to Subscriber Membership Content and the ability to vote in the set or video of the month competition. You’ll still be able to log in to other network sites and use your tokens to purchase content.
Deactivating Your Profile
After canceling your membership (following steps 1 or 2), you can request to have your profile deactivated by contacting support. This means you’ll no longer be able to log in, and models will no longer be able to contact you. Your purchased VIP and Custom Content will remain stored for 6 months, but you won’t be able to access it while your profile is deactivated. If you reactivate your account within that period, your content can be restored. After 6 months, your content may be removed and could be unrecoverable. While deactivated, you won’t have access to other network sites or be able to use your tokens.
